Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required, Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant agency or client-based account management experience, Experience working on and/or with Olympics, sports leagues and teams, Participation in the selection, negotiation, and evaluation of successful sponsorship programs, Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results, Ability to travel 25% of the time (including weekend events), Proficient in MS Office Suite
Nice to Have
client management experience preferred, Olympics experience
What You'll Do.
Assist with the day-to-day management and strategic development of client’s sponsorship portfolio
Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events
Participate in the development
and implementation of sponsorship programs
Liaise with internal divisions
external stakeholders
and third party vendors
Create and maintain client-ready materials
Build and manage timelines
Manage the client & property approvals process and coordinate necessary activation deliverables
Collaborate with internal creative staff
