3+ years of media sales experience with a history of exceeding individual quota, Experience selling digital, mobile, video, and print ad cross-channel fluency, Category experience in music, entertainment, finance, or lifestyle industries, Experience with digital media and a genuine understanding of video monetization, audience data, and solutions-based selling, Negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex campaigns simultaneously, An instinct for identifying revenue opportunities, with the mindset as an owner, even as an individual contributor, Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities and manage multiple high-value deals without losing momentum
