Full Job Description

Future is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help build our next phase of growth through new business development and high-velocity selling. You excel at building pipeline, opening new doors, and managing a high volume of accounts and opportunities simultaneously. You have a experience selling digital ad products to brands in the music, entertainment, finance, and lifestyle space. ### What You'll Do You will report to the AVP, Mid Market * Prospect, develop, and close new business across a high-volume book of mid-market accounts, selling digital media solutions including branded content, premium video, and programmatic * Manage a large pipeline of simultaneous opportunities with thoughtfulness, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity levels to build predictable, above-quota results * Build a repeatable sales process, from prospecting and pitch through negotiation and close, that scales across a broad account set * Lead compelling, insight-driven pitches that connect Future's audience data and content capabilities to each client's goals * Identify the highest-value opportunities within your territory, balancing new logo acquisition with growth and retention of existing accounts * Find creative ways to open new doors and surface incremental revenue at scale * Collaborate with research, marketing, and client success teams * Report on important performance metrics, maintaining accuracy and full visibility across your book of business ### Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve * 3+ years of media sales experience with a history of exceeding individual quota * Experience selling digital, mobile, video, and print ad solutions; cross-channel fluency * Category experience in music, entertainment, finance, or lifestyle industries * Experience with digital media and a genuine understanding of video monetization, audience data, and solutions-based selling * Negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex campaigns simultaneously * An instinct for id
