What You'll Do.
Serve customers by providing product and service information
Resolve product and service problems
Prepare account plans
Outline plans to meet revenue objectives
Provide monthly forecast for the portfolio
Engage with key client stakeholders
Increase Coface solution usage
Upsell new Coface solutions
Monitor the portfolio proactively
Highlight any anomalies
Prepare recovery plans
Identify new use cases
Expand Coface solutions for clients
Track customer queries
See to closure of customer queries
Provide the best solution to solve the problem
Follow up to ensure resolution
Track and manage SLAs
Ensure SLAs are within agreed limits
Deliver final Contracts
Handle questions related to documents
Negotiate with clients on renewal of contracts
Negotiate with clients on pricing
Handle derogation requests
Conduct 6 monthly reviews with the client
Demonstrate Coface’s industry thought leadership
Demonstrate how Coface BI is an effective solution
Ensure client NPS scores meet or exceed global
Support Senior Strategic Account managers on renewals
Support Senior Strategic Account managers on operations
Support Senior Strategic Account managers in preparation of
