Remote - CO/UT/ID Must have a valid driver’s license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory. We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive to grow our Parcel Locker business within an assigned multi-family territory. In this role, you’ll develop account strategies, build strong customer relationships, and deliver solutions that drive measurable results. * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals * Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, including senior leaders * Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing business * Identify and overcome barriers to growth within your territory * Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience * Use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend solutions * Track and forecast sales activity using CRM tools * Travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events ## Qualifications * 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving goals * Experience managing a territory and working independently * Ability to close complex sales opportunities * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset * Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) * Property management or multi-family industry experience is a plus #LI-LR1 ## A
