Must Have
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, recruiting, or a related client-facing role, Proven track record of hitting quotas, targets, or measurable business outcomes, Experience owning a full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting and closing, Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple active relationships simultaneously, written and verbal communicator who can confidently represent Pursuit externally, Comfortable engaging with technical and operational stakeholders across different company sizes, Organized, self-directed, and proactive with follow-through, Energized by ambitious goals, fast-moving environments, and pipeline-driven work, Scrappy, resilient, and resourceful when navigating challenges or building new relationships
Nice to Have
Experience in consultative or service-oriented sales environments preferred, Curious about emerging AI tools, eager to experiment, and excited to build smarter systems and processes that drive better outcomes at scale., integrates AI into their workflows to increase efficacy across the sales process
What You'll Do.
Own and manage a pipeline of employer relationships from outbound outreach through confirmed hire
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and discovery conversations with hiring managers
Pitch Pursuit Builders and communicate the value of partnering with Pursuit to prospective employers
Build relationships with technical and operational buyers including Heads of Engineering
Talent Acquisition teams
Identify and develop opportunities for hiring partnerships and new employer relationships
Identify and submit Builder candidates to open opportunities and help shepherd interview processes through close
Collaborate with internal program teams to support candidate preparation and interview readiness
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking
and employer records across internal systems
Participate in weekly jobs team meetings

and cross-functional collaboration
