What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Drive & Hustle: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment., Communication: written & verbal communication, with the ability to synthesise complicated information into simple, understandable content for prospective customers, Minimally 2 years in sales, with past closing experience preferred., English and Chinese required

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce and Outreach is highly preferred.

What You'll Do.

Own the end-to-end sales funnel for clients sourced via the Marketing and/or Partnerships channel.

Manage the entire journey from lead response to closed won.

Ensure clients go through the sign up flow

and ramp up their qualified volumes before it is passed to our account management team.

Manage high lead volumes coming in on a day to day basis.

Manage a qualified pipeline where the objective is to prioritise and bring in revenue in the shortest possible time.

Daily discipline in clearing incoming leads

along with rigorous follow-up cadencing.

Maintain accurate and updated data hygiene in Salesforce.

Prioritize leads based on forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.

Provide a thorough feedback loop to Marketing or Partnership stakeholders to improve top of funnel quality.

Work closely with our account managers & operational teams that support our client’s experiences.; Work very closely with our Marketing or Partnership stakeholders to provide a thorough feedback loop that improves our top of funnel quality, which will in turn improve business goals.
