JOB DESCRIPTION ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE — HOME HEALTH | ADAPTIVE Closers Only. Own Your Market. We don't want order-takers. We want market dominators who build pipelines, defend territory, and drive volume — week after week. We're hiring hunters, not gatherers — if you're waiting for referrals to come to you, this isn't your role. THE ROLE - Own a territory and grow it — hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, MAs. Build the relationships that drive consistent, high-volume referral flow. - Hunt new accounts and lock in existing ones. You're not maintaining — you're expanding. Every week you're pushing deeper into accounts your competitors have underserved. - Use market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intel to outmaneuver the field. You know exactly which accounts to hit and when. - Move fast. When a referral partner has a need, you're the first call — and you deliver. Partners who work with you get faster responses, smoother intake, and better outcomes than they get anywhere else. WHO GETS THIS JOB - You've produced in home health, hospice, SNF, infusion or like market — and you have the numbers to show it. Existing hospital or clinical relationships that can be tapped quickly in this market are a major plus. - You're wired to compete.
