Full Job Description
## Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops and maintains relationships with influential end-users, purchasing contacts and executive level decision-makers. Enters pertinent data on new customers as well as prospective customers into company database. Qualifies sales opportunities through discovery/assessment. Identifies who the Buying influencers are, who has the Authority to make the financial decision, performs a Needs Analysis and obtains the Timeline for when the system must be in place. Demonstrates products and solutions utilizing product demo programs and by working with technical staff to set up solution demonstrations at Tusker, customer site and/or via the web. Works with inside sales to quote prices. Works with the accounting department to provide credit terms. Closes sale and prepares required sales documentation (sales order, contracts, SOWs, signed authorizations from clients, etc.). Puts together a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the solution we are providing along with a description of the project including terms and conditions of the purchase. Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of product availability and company's delivery and installation timetables. Visits client base regularly to ensure customer is satisfied, uncover new opportunities, and ensure adequate maintenance exists on current purchases. Investigates and resolves customer issues with service, installation and/or deliveries. Meet performance standards of the department (goals & objectives) ## Knowledge, Educaton & Experience Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and/or five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good working knowledge of computers and related peripherals as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional software. Various manufacturer sales certifications will need to be maintained (i.e., Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, Citrix, etc.) Current d
