What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Business Fluent in German (C2/Native), Proficient in English (C1/C2), 3+ years experience in Sales, Account or Business development, Proven history of exceeding targets in B2B SaaS, Experience running SaaS product demonstrations for clients in DACH, Experience working with clients from first demo to onboarding, Confident and detail-oriented professional, Experience in accuracy in contract writing, Experience in proposals, Experience in customer communications, Experienced handling multiple opportunities and clients simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience thriving in high-velocity, early-stage environment (Seed-Series C), Account Exec or Sales Rep role experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic experience, Work experience within construction, LCA or EPD environment

As our Account Executive for DACH, you will drive revenue growth by winning new customers and ensuring smooth handovers to our customer success team. We are searching for a talented German and English speaking salesperson who loves actively approaching people, building trusted relationships and closing deals. This role would be ideal for a builder; someone who is hungry to grow and ready to invest in themselves by choosing a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have had some experience in a similar DACH start startup, driving Sales in an Account Exec style role. Alternatively, those with a proven track record and looking to make the move from Business Development to real ownership of the market and clients. We are looking for ‘Trusted Advisors’ – think of yourself as a “consultant paid by Emidat”. You will develop deep expertise in lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and the building materials industry, which your prospects can rely on. IN THE FIRST 6 M
