Must Have
Manage a full sales cycle from discovery through close, Verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting, Ability to document and forecast pipeline accurately using a CRM such as Salesforce, Familiarity with fundraising practices in nonprofit organizations, Proficiency using productivity tools and sales technologies to manage time and workload effectively
Nice to Have
3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or nonprofit technology, Exposure to nonprofit fundraising practices or direct work with mission-driven organizations, Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales enablement platforms, Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals in a high-velocity sales environment, Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools for prospecting, qualification, or customer engagement
