What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or a comparable Account Executive role, Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or digital transformation environments, Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken, Confidence leading complex sales conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities, A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
What You'll Do.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research
and collaboration with the Sales Development team
Own the full sales cycle
from discovery and needs analysis through product demonstrations
Build business cases tailored to each prospect’s operational priorities
demonstrating the value and impact of Poka’s platform
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking
and account activity within Salesforce
Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership to help shape go-to-market strategy and product direction
Contribute to lead generation initiatives and campaigns by leveraging customer knowledge and industry trends
Represent Poka at trade shows
