Must Have

Considerable relevant B2B sales experience, proven ability to achieve or exceed assigned quotas, Demonstrated outbound sales experience, ability to generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic outbound campaigns, Skilled in crafting and executing sales plans for assigned territories or verticals, building account strategies, identifying new opportunities, consistently driving top-of-funnel activity to meet and exceed revenue targets

Nice to Have

experience in software considered an asset, Social listening experience an asset

What You'll Do.

develop and close new business with Hootsuite customers within our landmark industries

work in a fast paced sales environment selling Hootsuite solutions to prospective customers

owning your own pipeline

generating outbound opportunities with companies that could benefit from Hootsuite as their social media management partner

present the value of our solutions to all levels of prospective

look for opportunities to adopt additional products

introduce sales team members to additional internal buyers for cross-sell opportunities

track and report sales activities and results

Perform other related duties as required

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Sales Development Representatives to plan approaches to your accounts and work together to build outbound pipelines; build positive working relationships across the business, bringing people together to foster new opportunities and to facilitate the efficient flow of information; step up to help your team grow and succeed
