Summary Our fast-moving and highly successful Strategic Sales team is growing, and we are seeking the next Account Executive in London to join our team! Temporal is a remote-first company; however, this role is focused on EMEA to better support our customers and collaborate more effectively with regional teammates.  We are looking for those who share our values, challenge 'standard' thinking, and want to influence our future. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Scale Account Executive to join the growing Temporal team. This role will become a main point of contact for Temporal customers by leveraging your technical, sales, and account management skills to help grow usage and discover new use cases across your book of business. What You'll Do - Activate and implement new logo accounts and get them up and running on the platform  - Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base - Be responsible for the success of a broad book of business - Create and grow relationships with our champions - Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota attainment - Partner with product marketing to deliver proper messaging and content to Temporal Cloud customers  - Design and execute programs to support the identification, design and productionisation of new case cases with your customers  - Identify ICP accounts and pursue the right opportunities in the right accounts to drive ARR growth - Work closely with our Start Up Program team and Self Sign Up team to ensure success for the right new logo prospects  What You'll Bring - Individuals in this role have a passion for technology and the ambition to dive head-first into new challenges - 3+ years experience working in a Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Sales/Business Development  - A background and passion for advocat
