Must Have

3+ years in experience in student accommodation, student property management, and/or multi-family property markets, Knowledge of MS Office Suite of products, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated experience in presenting and leading meetings with a range of stakeholders, including multiple levels of management and decision makers, Drive to create and execute on tactical and strategic initiatives, team orientation to help achieve individual as well as team goals, Proven skills in developing new customer, prospect, and partner relationships, Exercise professional judgment regarding issues management, and utilize effective problem analysis and resolution techniques, Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure and with time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment, Ability to set, manage, and meet deadlines, Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

From initial lead generation through product demonstration, relationship development, closure, and ongoing account management, you will have complete ownership of the planning and execution of new business. Role Specifics Work Location: Remote (UK) Travel: 25% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and could vary based on business needs.) Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Sales, New Business.
