ABOUT THE ROLE Socure is seeking a high-performing Account Executive Director to drive strategic growth for our Workforce product, a cornerstone in our rapidly expanding portfolio. As an Account Executive Director, you will own a greenfield territory and lead high-impact sales efforts for our AI-powered identity and fraud solutions. This is a rare opportunity to shape market adoption in a category-defining company and make a significant impact on the future of digital trust in workforce management. JOB OVERVIEW The Account Executive Director – Workforce is responsible for leading full-cycle enterprise sales, targeting innovative companies in workforce management and related verticals. This role requires a consultative, value-based approach to selling complex technical solutions, with a focus on both new business and expansion within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS, identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk management, and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity in high-growth environments.
