## Description FieldAI’s Irvine team is where embodied AI meets real robots, real sensors, and real field deployments. Based in the heart of Southern California’s robotics ecosystem, we build risk-aware, reliable, field-ready AI systems that solve the hardest problems in robotics and unlock the full potential of embodied intelligence. We go beyond typical data-driven approaches or pure transformer-only architectures, combining rigorous engineering with learning systems proven in globally deployed solutions that deliver results today and get better every time our robots run in the field. ## What You'll Do Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction industry stakeholders Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution Partner closely with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs Build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and expansion Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key customer meetings Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue objectives ## What You Bring 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience Experience selling into construction organizations, including General Contractors, Owners, Developers, or similar stakeholders Track record of closing large, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers Strong understanding of construction workflows, project stakeholders, and operational challenges Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills Ability to travel regularly and work closely with customers onsite ## What Sets You Apart Experience selling construction technology, robotics, automation, or other solutions used directly in field operations and project execution Ex
