The Role As a Commercial AE, you own the full sales cycle and win new plaintiffs law firm clients across our largest segment by addressable market value. Substantial firms with real budget, real complexity, and real appetite for AI that lets them take on more cases and recover more for their clients. You’ll run multi-stakeholder sales processes, build relationships with firm owners and managing partners, and close high-value deals consistently. What Success Looks Like First 30 days: Master our product, market, and the plaintiffs law firm buyer. 60 days: Build a robust pipeline in your territory. Close your first deals. 90 days: Consistently exceeding monthly targets. 12 months: On track for Senior AE, Mid Market AE, or leadership for top per
