Must Have
2+ years of technology sales experience or church growth experience, More than 1 year of working with and closing business with parish leaders, business & financial acumen, executive engagement skills, An in depth understanding of the Catholic market, Results driven, interpersonal communication skills, Sense of urgency and a bias towards action, Communicate effectively on Pushpay mission, Ability to prioritize, Positive attitude, Telephone skills, Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment, High level of emotional intelligence, time management skills, Open to feedback and personal development, Practice customer first strategy

Deep understanding of the Catholic church and how they make purchase decisions

Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective parish customers
Own the sales process
Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close
Achieve and maintain a high level of activity and prospect daily
Cultivate relationships to be used to expand into additional accounts
Be a continuous learner of the competitive landscape

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the parish sector of the Catholic Church; Interacting and building relationships with the executive level leaders of the parishes; Work closely with the Account Executives that represent the Parishes with that Diocese; Collaborate and partner with internal Pushpay teams including Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Implementation and other partner affiliates to execute company initiatives
