To accelerate the next chapter of our VDR growth, we’re looking for a highly motivated Account Executive (Business Development Associate) based in Milan who will join our three on-the-ground teammates. As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will actively reach out to 30-40 new customers monthly, overseeing a pipeline with 50+ opportunities. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers and rising professionals, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating how Ideals streamlines dealmaking.
