Na Toku, ajudamos empresas a reduzirem inadimplência e aumentarem seus recebimentos com soluções inteligentes de pagamentos recorrentes através ndo nosso PRM (Payment Relationship Management). Estamos em expansão no Brasil e buscamos um(a) Payment Consultant (Account Executive) para acelerar nossa tração com grandes empresas: especialmente em setores como seguros, crédito, imobiliário. MISSÃO - Conduzir vendas consultivas complexas, identificando dores e oportunidades em clientes enterprise, desenhando business cases e conectando essas necessidades à nossa plataforma de Payment Relationship Management (PRM). - Atuar como referência técnica e estratégica de pagamentos no Brasil, retroalimentando produto e liderança com insights do mercado local. - Acompanhar a jornada completa do cliente — do diagnóstico à implementação, garantindo que a solução seja integrada com sucesso e gere os resultados esperados. - Ser o(a) embaixador(a) da Toku junto a CFOs, heads e decisores, assegurando uma experiência impecável em todas as etapas da venda e pós-venda inicial. QUAIS SÃO SEUS OBJETIVOS? - Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vendas: discovery, diagnóstico, demo, proposta, negociação, fechamento e acompanhamento da implementação. - Planejar estratégias de conversão e priorização de contas em conjunto com o time de BDRs. - Elaborar business cases que quantifiquem ROI e impacto de eficiência financeira. - Mapear decisores e stakeholders em contas complexas, com múltiplas áreas envolvidas (financeiro, tecnologia, produto, operações). - Trabalhar em conjunto com times de implementação e customer success, assegurando uma transição fluida e bem-sucedida do cliente. - Alimentar o time de produto com feedbacks sobre integrações, dores e oportunidades de melhoria. - Contribuir para a evolução do pitch comercial e das estratégias de go-to-market no país.
