What You'll Do.
Initiate and manage client relationships
inspire and onboard clients on a business transformation journey with Rakuna
hold product demo and onboarding calls
generate business development plans and acquire new clients
Travel to events (conferences
…) to meet potential clients
pitch and handle product demos
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients by frequently inform clients on new product updates and proactively deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients
Understand and learn about the HR Tech industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
