What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS or services sales experience with a documented track record of hitting quota, A genuine hunter mentality you generate pipeline, you don't wait for it, Comfort owning the close: discovery, demo, negotiation, signature, Competitive drive and resilience in the face of rejection, discovery skills and natural curiosity about customer businesses, Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication, Coachability and a 1%-better-every-day mindset, Tech fluency

What You'll Do.

Own the full sales cycle and drive new business across North America

Own your number and your territory end to end

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries

Run discovery calls and product demos that surface real business pain

Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to close

Forecast accurately and manage your pipeline in our CRM
