8+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, Proven enterprise closing experience on complex deals ($100K+) with multiple stakeholders across full sales cycles, Ownership mindset where you run your territory like a business and consistently deliver against a number, Ability to build pipeline proactively and maintain next-step discipline throughout the cycle, Consultative approach to understanding customer needs, with the technical fluency to translate product capabilities into business value for diverse audiences, Confident engaging senior stakeholders and navigating structured procurement and buying processes, collaboration skills across internal teams including product, delivery, and customer success
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Salesforce, FreshService, ClientSuccess, or JIRA, Experience selling into transit agencies, government, or public sector organizations, Familiarity with RFPs, procurement, and funding cycles, Transit industry experience
What You'll Do.
Take full ownership of your accounts and your number
Drive new business and expansion within existing customers
while growing and retaining your book of business
Run opportunities from first conversation through contract
Navigate multi-stakeholder environments spanning executives
and public sector stakeholders
Own the renewal process proactively across your accounts
engaging customers early to align on value
Identify opportunities to expand agreements and deepen partnerships over time

Build a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach
