5 years minimum experience in Account Management or commercial development, Experience in ESN, consulting firm, or digital integrator, Proven experience managing and developing large accounts, Proficiency in selling digital solutions (fixed price, T&M, long-term arrangements), Fluent English

Experience in the luxury sector, Experience with offshore teams

What You'll Do.

Develop new logos in the Luxury sector

Develop existing accounts

Create commercial opportunities with new houses and groups

Consolidate ongoing relationships

Identify and open new business opportunities

Conduct qualitative and targeted prospecting

Understand business challenges

Understand brand image challenges

Understand customer experience challenges

Manage commercial proposals

Manage tender responses

Manage financial aspects

Manage contractual aspects

Collaborate with UX teams

Collaborate with Tech teams

Collaborate with Data teams

Collaborate with QA teams

Collaborate with Delivery teams

Track commercial activity via CRM

Ensure reliable reporting

Contribute to Luxury market development

Develop client relationships with C-level

Develop client relationships with Digital Directors

Develop client relationships with IT Directors

Develop client relationships with Business Directors

Animate commercial governance of strategic accounts
