Role Overview RZR is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our China sales team and drive new business across User Acquisition, Re-Engagement, Influencer, and CTV. This is a ground-floor opportunity — the ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong sales execution skills and a passion for mobile performance marketing. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver revenue growth across the region. Key Responsibilities Drive pipeline growth by leveraging personal relationships and internal resources Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for pipeline accounts across key verticals Present RZR's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies Secure new business contracts and successfully launch new customers Leverage marketing resources — content, events, and ABM — to close business and build brand awareness Attend industry events and conferences to represent RZR and build pipeline Operate independently, balancing long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive a
