Must Have
3 years of experience in the Insurance industry, Bachelor’s degree, Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management, Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Commercial Insurance License (CIL)

Assist Broker team in executing trades
Navigate regulatory compliance
Collaborate with internal teams
Stay informed on market trends
Offer strategic insights about clients
Assist in new business and renewal submissions
Review policy documents and invoices
Perform other client service activities
Prepare accounts for new business
Initiate renewal reviews
Suggest steps for client retention
Support broker in creating market submissions
Review received documents for accuracy
Build relationships with brokers
Proactively support business needs
Solicit new business through referrals
Prepare new business strategies
Evaluate and mitigate risks
Ensure adherence to regulations
Ensure accuracy of data
Create accurate documentation
Meet quality and service standards
Generate performance reports
Inform broker on portfolio trends
Deliver value to enhance book of business
Ensure contractual obligations are met
Resolve invoicing issues
