What You'll Do.
Identify leads and proactively prospect
Sell Republic Services products
Meet with prospective clients
Deliver sales presentations
Follow up with decision makers
Meet and exceed revenue goals
Create follow up tasks
Utilize Salesforce daily
Schedule and document activities
Develop customer profiles
Prepare sales presentations
Complete phone blocks
Conduct cold call prospecting
Establish appointments
Maintain market awareness
Maintain competitive awareness
Anticipate customer needs
Maintain knowledge of services
Offer additional services
Grow profitable revenue
Complete Customer Service Agreements
Review activities with Sales Manager
Review progress versus goals
Review key customer relationships
Increase Company visibility
Participate in Company activities
Attend chamber of commerce events
Act as Company representative
Perform other job-related duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.; Builds relationships and increases Company visibility through participation in Company-sponsored activities as attends trade shows, chamber of commerce events and other events, as necessary.; Acts as a Company representative at community events, where required.
Communication Scope
Deliver sales presentations; Follow up with key decision makers; Completes consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with decision-makers.
