Nice to Have
Experience using a CRM system desirable, such as Salesforce, Experience of working in a busy administrative client support type role preferential
What You'll Do.
Provide service and support to Commercial Success Managers
Organise daily tasks for smooth operational running
Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Ensure accounts achieve highest gross profit
Understand client business objectives
Develop good client relations
Identify new opportunities for existing clients
Support commercial team in achieving GP targets
Retain existing client base
Produce MI and ad hoc reporting
Analyse and review reporting
Produce and update detailed work instructions
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Understand current project status
Ensure salesforce and electronic filing is accurate
Record all calls and client contacts
Upload and maintain client contracts
Raise client invoices promptly and accurately
Update website content
Assist with reconciliation and debt control
Attend client meetings
Produce contact reports
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Support Commercial Team with participant covering
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working alongside the Commercial Success Leads and Commercial Success Managers; Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers; Support the Commercial Team
