What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years of sales experience, Proven success exceeding quotas with a new business / hunter mentality, Deep experience building and managing client relationships, understanding of the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close, Ability to translate client needs into compelling, results-driven advertising solutions, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Highly organized with CRM discipline and pipeline management
Nice to Have
Experience with OOH, transit, digital, or programmatic media is a plus
What You'll Do.
Proactively identify and pursue high-potential advertisers
Execute strategic outbound efforts
Educate clients on OUTFRONT’s value
Develop tailored proposals
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal
Serve as the primary relationship owner
insight-driven proposals
Ensure pricing and process alignment with Revenue Operations standards
Partner with internal teams to bring campaigns to life
Ensure seamless execution across billboard
and digital inventory
Act as the client advocate
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
Provide regular updates to Sales Leadership
Stay ahead of local trends
and competitive activity
Identify new revenue opportunities and verticals
Represent OUTFRONT in the market
