What You'll Do.
Manage assigned projects from client briefing to completion

Develop workback schedules
Ensure alignment amongst all stakeholders
Manage all communications between clients and internal team
Set up projects and deliverables in project management system
Update project dates and details for client and team status meetings
Take client and team meeting notes

Coordinate and set up meetings with clients
Manage billing through creating POs
Create sales orders in project management system
Keep informed and up to date on industry innovations

Role: Account Executive Location: Toronto, Canada About the role: OLIVER’s Account Executives play a pivotal role in the running of our in-house agency teams. In our world, they are true hybrids with both client facing experience and solid project management skills. We are looking for a dynamic account person who has experience in an advertising agency or design firm setting who can support the account team in building solid relationships with clients in their efforts to take jobs from brief to completion providing outstanding customer service along the way. What you will be doing: Responsible for assigned projects from client briefing to completion Creating tactical briefs and providing internal direction to resourced team members (creative and studio) Develop workback schedules and ensure alignment amongst all stakeholders (i. e. clients, media and internal team) Manage all communications between clients and internal team such as client feedback Set up projects and deliverables in project management system Update project dates and details for client and team status meetings Take client and team meeting notes and share among team, setting follow up actions needed Coordinate and set up meetings with clients, agencies and appropriate team members Manage billing through creating POs, estimates and sales orders
