What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 5 years of successful sales experience in BI software, data analytics, or a related technology field., Proven hunter mentality with a track record of generating and closing new business deals., Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and drive., Proficiency in CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

Nice to Have

Additional experience with Cloud, Mobile, Big Data, Hadoop, or Social Media optional but preferred.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Aggressively target and identify potential new logos.

Generate new business leads through cold outreach

and attending industry events.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects who are seeking advanced BI solutions.

Identify and properly qualify business opportunities.

Engage with C-level executives

and key stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs.

Present and demonstrate the value of our BI software.

Customize and adapt sales pitches to align with the specific challenges and opportunities in the market.

Deal Management & Closing

Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing

ensuring that deals are profitable and aligned with company goals.

Lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals with high-potential clients.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure our BI solutions continue to meet the market's evolving needs.

Contribute to the development of tailored sales strategies.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with the sales engineering and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term client satisfaction.; Report on sales progress and market developments to senior management, offering strategic recommendations for growth.

Communication Scope

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
