What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar account management role within the insurance industry, knowledge of insurance products and services, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems, Undertake Company directed compliance training, RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance, Call centre experience (not afraid to take back to back calls)
