Must Have

3+ years sales B2B, proven track record outbound prospecting and closing deals, experience with consultative sales for medium-sized companies, familiarity with shorter sales cycles small accounts, ability to structure commercial processes, familiarity with Sales Engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Reply.io, or similar), familiarity with AI (Claude, Gemini), familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), clear communication, ability to tell stories with data, ability to navigate organizations with multiple decision-makers, data-driven mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with data products, background check, compliance, credit, or legal/LegalTech solutions, Startup or scale-up experience in growth stage (Series A–C), Knowledge of advanced sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling), Experience selling to buyers in Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Financial

Prospect actively middle market accounts

with occasional small account focus

Execute multi-channel outbound cadences (cold call

Conduct the full sales cycle: discovery

and closing — with autonomy and ownership.

Qualify opportunities rigorously using methodologies like MEDDIC

keeping the CRM always updated.

Actively contribute to structuring the sales operation: document playbooks

propose tracking metrics

and help build processes that will scale the team.

Work in partnership with CS and product to ensure successful onboarding and identify expansion opportunities within the base.
