Proven B2B/outside sales experience within security, access control, low-voltage, or related system environments, interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, customer‑focused approach, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, engineering, and operations teams, Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, Comfortable conducting site visits, field surveys, and developing scopes and proposals for customers, Willingness to perform proactive outreach (including cold calling) to generate opportunities and grow the customer base, High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all interactions, Technologically proficient, including use of computers, mobile devices, and digital sales tools, Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision, Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including maintaining a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
