Full Job Description

Echo’s Sales Operations Department is seeking a passionate, self-starter for our Account Executive I role. This role helps our sales team deliver outstanding service by supporting all functions of Echo’s clients’ shipping needs. This includes providing quotes for shipments, proactively identifying exceptions in the booking, and tracking process, and working with the client to resolve those exceptions.
