What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Progressive experience in wholesale insurance, brokerage, or underwriting support roles (typically 3+ years), Demonstrated experience managing accounts, marketing business, and supporting placement activities, understanding of insurance products, coverage structures, and market dynamics, Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions with limited supervision, Active state insurance license required in applicable lines of business

Select appropriate carriers and manage the marketing process for assigned accounts
Prepare and deliver quotes
and recommendations to support placement decisions
ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and carrier guidelines
and confirm coverage details
ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Maintain ongoing communication with agents
and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of account activities
Support retention and renewal strategies by identifying opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships
Provide guidance and direction to support staff as needed to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery
Conduct research and prepare account or market analysis to support client and business development efforts
Maintain accurate records and manage all correspondence in accordance with company standards
Stay current on industry trends
and carrier capabilities through ongoing education and training
