Monitor and analyze the market information and data to identify competition dynamics to gain the market share

Good in oncology operation by segmentation and targeting and build the patient flow in each indication

Perform territory management and KOL management and prioritizing resource allocation based on opportunity/issue identified from account analysis

Well do the alliance model with colleagues and another company partner to manage the account and reach the account sales goal
