Powering over 55M property care tasks, Breezeway helps thousands of short-term rental managers and hospitality operators increase operational efficiency and boost service revenue while eliminating manual work and elevating the experience at each property. What We’re Looking For Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive to join our Sales team and have an immediate impact on our exponential growth by selling into the German market. The successful candidate is a smart, energetic, self-motivated person that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and help hospitality providers solve operational inefficiencies. If you are hard-working, driven, ambitious, and want to bring your previous sales success to the next level, we’d love to chat with you. We're looking for candidates fluent in both German and English. While this role is fully remote, employees must be located in Spain. What You’ll Do Open and develop the German market from the ground up. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Build and execute a market entry strategy tailored to Germany Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting. Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Act as the voice of the German market internally, sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars. Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
