About Barti Barti is a venture-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize eye care. We’re building groundbreaking, AI-powered software that transforms how practices document care, run their operations, and serve patients. Our goal is to craft exceptional user experiences that let eye care providers stay focused on delivering high-quality care. We recently raised our Series A and are growing quickly as hundreds of practices adopt Barti to replace outdated legacy systems. It’s an exciting time to join as we expand into new parts of eye care and continue shaping the future of practice management. About the Role As an Account Executive at Barti, you’ll own the full sales cycle and operate within a growing six-person sales team. You’ll work a balanced pipeline with a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities and should feel confident carrying a $600K annual quota. You’ll join a collaborative SMB sales team that supports each other’s success and spend your time selling directly to eye care clinicians. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys full-cycle selling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants meaningful ownership and room to grow. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and manage your own book of business across both inbound and outbound opportunities - Run full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close - Lead thoughtful conversations with eye care clinicians to understand their challenges and show how Barti improves their workflow - Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and refine messaging - Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting - Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, marketing and customer success to share feedback and strengthen our sales motion - Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing learnings and supporting teammates - Represent Barti at industry conferences a few times per year MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive experience - Experience selling into
