Full Job Description
Who We Are: Achilles builds AI agents for HR teams hiring frontline workers. Our product, Sam, handles the entire hiring pipeline—creating resumes, conducting multi-lingual voice and text interviews, and scheduling final interviews. No human intervention required. We've built a solid founder-led sales process with clear ICP, proven messaging, and a playbook that works. Now we need our first AE to close deals and help scale what's working and be a key force in developing our scalable sales motion. The Role: Full-cycle AE role. You'll work meetings from SDRs (they're booking 15-20 monthly) but you're also expected to hunt your own deals. This isn't a sit-and-wait-for-demos position. You'll sell into manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and hospitality groups. These buyers haven't purchased AI agents before—you'll be educating them on what's possible while solving real hiring problems. Deals range from $12K to six figures. Some close in two meetings, others take 6 months. Average cycle is 1-3 months. You'll manage a mixed pipeline and need to be comfortable with both transactional and enterprise sales motions.
