Extensive background in service applications, Operational Customer Service Management, track record of successful selling Customer Service/Customer Engagement solutions, implementing comprehensive Service transformation in a multinational enterprise, Proven understanding of Customer Service Business, Customer Service Operations, buyer's profiles, analytic and task solving skills, ability to succeed in a fast paced environment, Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
