10+ years of enterprise SaaS or strategic solution sales, Proven track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets, Deep expertise in the Texas energy market, understanding of power markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry transformation trends, Demonstrated ability to sell complex, high-value platforms through a consultative, insight-driven approach, Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and influencing senior decision-makers, Proficiency with Salesforce (including CPQ) and modern sales enablement tools, A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team, Willingness to travel up to 50%
