This is a high-energy job that requires persistent interaction with clients, proven sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. ## What You'll Do Meet or exceed revenue goals on a quarterly/annual basis Maintain a strong knowledge of Complex's advertising products and solutions Prospect and close new account business and build existing account relationships Work across all departments to ensure that programs are executed in full Create and deliver weekly sales reports to management ## Who You Are 5+ years direct Online Video (FAST/CTV) advertising sales experience 5+ years of digital media experience Strong relationships with New York based media agencies and client-side teams Experience using data backed insights to deliver client marketing objectives Exceptional communication and relationship building skills Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business Well-organized, with strict attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial enviro
