Must Have

5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, Fluency in English

Nice to Have

3+ years of experience negotiating contracts, 3+ years of experience with SaaS sales and/or recruiting, BASc degree, Experience in relationship management, Experience speaking to C-level users, Proven history of overachieving quota and driving results in a high-growth environment, Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and forecasting skills, Possess deep relationships with senior sales leadership, Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business sales, Ability to use competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors, Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others, Ability to assess business opportunities, read prospective buyers and develop compelling strategies

What You'll Do.

Effectively communicate the LinkedIn Sales Solutions value proposition to inspire clients to adopt new methods of connecting with customers.

Develop a understanding of your book of business and clients' business opportunities and challenges.

Support client sales strategy execution through multi-level relationships and a clear stakeholder map.

Plan and prioritize territory management to maximize sales opportunities and resources.

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your verticals

providing insights and building deep relationships.

Make customers stronger and seek out opportunities for growth.

Meet and exceed revenue goals.

Act as client's internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration
