Must Have
6+ years of agency or healthcare marketing experience, including client-facing account leadership across pharmaceutical or life sciences work., Managed markets marketing experience with ownership of strategic plans, tactical execution, or payer-focused communications., Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams at once, including prioritization, timelines, budgets, and client deliverables., presentation and written communication skills demonstrated through client presentations, strategic recommendations, or senior stakeholder updates., Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done., MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field., Brand management experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, or managed markets programs., Working knowledge of digital, social, and new media concepts used in healthcare marketing., Experience contributing to organic growth or new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
