Must Have
10 – 15 years in industry, 5 years Account Director experience, Bachelor's degree in branding, Bachelor's degree in brand communication, Bachelor's degree in business administration, Bachelor's degree in related field, Manage at least 3 - 4 direct reports, Familiarity in project management tools, Familiarity in presentation software, Proficiency in MS suite, In-depth knowledge of brand development, In-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing, Proven track record managing campaigns, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to multitask, Ability to meet strict deadlines, Ability to work with all levels, Ability to communicate well, Ability to deliver projects on time, Ability to deliver projects within budget, Previous experience as brand manager, Previous experience as marketing manager, Previous experience in corporate communications, Deep understanding of corporate structures, Deep understanding of business strategies, Deep understanding of B2B2C communication, Track record of leading brand positioning, Track record of leading public relations, Track record of leading integrated communication campaigns

They are looking for a strategic heavyweight who thrives at the intersection of business goals and breakthrough strategic and creative thinking. In this role, you aren’t just a point of contact for our clients; you are their business partner. You will sit at the heart of the consultancy, balancing the needs of demanding clients with the ambitions and abilities of the creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and brand health of accounts, the professional growth of the team, and the growth of the business.
