8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, or agency client services, Proven success managing complex client relationships and executive-level stakeholders, Deep understanding of performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, video, streaming, and programmatic media, Knowledge of analytics, attribution, measurement frameworks, and performance optimization, Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing talent, Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, Business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and account profitability, Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Strategic mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving growth, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
