About the Role As an Account Director, you’ll own the relationship portfolio of one of our biggest, high-profile clients, ensuring long-term success, exceptional service delivery, and profitable growth. You will understand the opportunity and value of technology to clients, directing teams, projects, and deliverables in line with a future-facing, AI-enabled offering that impacts the end-to-end delivery process. Responsibilities Own and grow key client relationships as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor. Develop long-term relationship strategies aligned with client growth ambitions. Identify and pursue commercial opportunities, ensuring healthy revenue and profitability. Oversee the delivery of multiple, complex scopes of work, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Translate client needs into clear briefs and scopes, balancing client value with business objectives. Resolve complex client concerns and manage escalations professionally. Partner with creative, operations, and finance teams to align client priorities with business capabilities. Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to inform client decisions and internal planning.
