Must Have

5+ years of previous experience within the last ten (10) years serving in the role Project Manager at a facility of comparable size, comparable function, with similar infrastructure including: (1) chilled water and steam (2) UPS (3) security surveillance (4) security physical barrier (5) fire alarm and fire suppression life safety (6) generator and (7) building automated controls systems., Demonstrated experience providing facility management, operation and maintenance management, and custodial service management is required., Completion of post-secondary school training in facilities management and supervision, at minimum possess associate degree in a field related to facility management and operation and maintenance., Demonstrated working technical expertise in engineering and building infrastructure systems., Ability to read and understand blueprints., Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and project tracking software., Demonstrated ability and experience managing and coordinating emergency events involving a multitude of parties including tenants, law enforcement and other officials, and several agencies and organizations., Demonstrated experience managing building reconstitution efforts after building closure due to damage or an emergency event.

Nice to Have

Previous experience managing federal or state office buildings is desirable., Previous experience as Chief Engineer is desirable, but not a requirement.

Assign projects to subcontractors or design professional consultants.

Coordinate and schedule projects

Provide technical review of projects in advance of submission for AOC Technical Review.

Provide oversight and supervision of all Contractor staff.

Ensure on-time completion of PM’s

Maintain and administer the.

Conduct Facility Management Services Quality Control inspections.

Coordinate CM repairs as.

Maintain professional and effective relationships with the tenants
